We have the honour of offering the cooperation on reinsurance to your
dear company.
We are pleased to inform that in spite of worsening of the conjecture of
the reinsurance market ASKA provides the favorable conditions on inward
reinsurance of property and cargo, aviation risks, motor TPL.
It became possible due to the fact that all West-European reinsurers
partners of ASKA UJSIC renewed the reinsurance treaties with our company.
The treaties have the indirect sections that enable us to offer the
capacities to the Ukrainian and the Russian insurance companies, namely:
The categories of the risks and limits of cover of the treaties:

The contracts of insurance/reinsurance of the property and cargo are
reinsured on the basis of excess of loss. ASKA's retention is USD50
000 per each loss. Capacity of the reinsurance treaty is USD 5 000 000.

Additional section for the Ukrainian insurance companies is USD 3 000
000.

Additional section for the Russian insurance companies is USD 1 000
000.

Reinsurers under the treaty are &ndash the Leader &ndash HANNOVER Re
(Germany, rating AA-) 70% of the liability, SCOR (France, rating BBB+)
30% of the liability.

The contracts of insurance/reinsurance of aviation liability are
reinsured on the basis of excess of loss. Limit of the treaty is USD20
000 000. The Leader is HANNOVER Re.

The accident insurance/reinsurance contracts are reinsured on the
basis of surplus. The capacity of the reinsurance treaty is USD50 000.
The Reinsurer is Moscow Re.

The contracts of insurance/reinsurance of motor TPL. The reinsurance
treaty is a quota share contract. 90% of the liability is reinsured
with SCOR. The capacity of the treaty is USD500 000.

The contracts of insurance/reinsurance of the motor transport are
reinsured on the basis of excess of loss. ASKA's retention is USD20
000 per each loss. The capacity of the treaty is USD100 000. The
reinsurer under the treaty is TRANSATLANTIC REINSURANCE COMPANY (USA,
rating AA).
ASKA UJSIC is also ready to accept the risks to it's own retention,
namely:

on contracts of aviation risks insurance (hull, accident with crew
members up to USD50 000);

on contracts of sea craft insurance up to USD30 000;

on contracts of motor carriers liability insurance (CMR) up to USD100
000.
